Carlen Jones is an entrepreneur, author, mentor, and founder of Vision to Victory Academy and Dream Big Initiative. 

With nearly a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and business development, Carlen Jones is an entrepreneur, author, mentor, speaker, and visionary dedicated to helping others transform their ideas into purpose-driven businesses.

Carlen’s journey is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. After overcoming thyroid cancer and walking through one of the most challenging seasons of her life, she discovered a deeper calling to use her experiences, knowledge, and gifts to empower others. Her testimony became the foundation for her mission: helping people believe in their vision, build with confidence, and create a lasting legacy.

She is a certified women-owned and minority-owned business owner who has completed multiple business development cohorts and entrepreneurial training programs to continue expanding her knowledge in leadership, strategy, business development, and mentorship.

As the founder of CJ Essentials LLC dba The Spa Suite, Carlen built a brand centered around wellness, beauty, and self-care while expanding her impact beyond products through education, mentorship, and community empowerment.

Her entrepreneurial journey continued to grow with the creation of Vision to Victory Academy™, a platform designed to help aspiring and growing entrepreneurs gain clarity, develop strategy, and build sustainable businesses. Through the Vision to Victory Blueprint™, Carlen provides entrepreneurs with the tools, structure, accountability, and encouragement needed to move from ideas to execution.

Carlen is also the founder of Empowering Entrepreneurs for Success, a community created to support business owners through education, collaboration, networking, and encouragement.

Her passion for serving others led her to create the Dream Big Initiative™, a community outreach mission focused on literacy, mentorship, education, partnerships, and creating opportunities for children, families, and communities.

As an author, Carlen uses her voice to inspire and encourage others. She has published her first children’s book and continues expanding her literary journey with additional children’s books, entrepreneur business growth books, and resources designed to educate, empower, and inspire.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Carlen has also expanded her creative expertise through CJ Digital Design Studio™, helping entrepreneurs and organizations bring their visions to life through professional websites, digital graphics, branding, and creative solutions.

Carlen’s dedication to entrepreneurship and community impact has earned her recognition through nominations for business awards, including the Entrepreneur of Impact Award, and opportunities to inspire others through leadership, mentorship, and storytelling.
