The Dream Big Hope Christmas Initiative 2026 is a community outreach campaign of the Dream Big Initiative created to bring hope, joy, and practical support to children and families in Davenport, Florida, and surrounding Polk County communities during the Christmas season.

Through the generosity of schools, businesses, organizations, churches, community partners, sponsors, volunteers, and individual donors, we are working together to provide Christmas gifts, children's books, food assistance, encouragement, and meaningful holiday experiences to local families.

Help Us Bring Hope Christmas to Local Families

For our inaugural Dream Big Hope Christmas Initiative, our goal is to partner with local schools and community organizations to identify families who could use additional support this Christmas.

Our 2026 Goal: Support up to 30 local families through Christmas gifts, books, food assistance, and community support

WHAT A DREAM BIG HOPE CHRISTMAS LOOKS LIKE

Age-appropriate Christmas gifts selected according to children's ages and interests.

Books and literacy resources that encourage children to read, learn, imagine, and Dream Big.

Holiday food, grocery assistance, gift cards, and essential items as resources allow

Encouragement cards and meaningful touches reminding children and families that their community cares.

Our goal isn't simply to give presents. We want families to experience hope, dignity, encouragement, and community this Christmas.

***Sponsorship funds may support children's gifts, books, family food assistance, gift cards, Dream Big Hope bags and boxes, program materials, distribution, and reasonable program expenses associated with carrying out the initiative.
